The IRAC form of writing mainly comprises of the Issue, Rule that is quite relevant to law, and Application that in other words can be as termed as analysis and finally a conclusion over the case. Basically, IRAC is not any form of chemical formula rather it is a common sense approach that is being used in evaluating a legal issue (Lebovits, 2010). Logically, the foremost step in the IRAC methodology is simply to identify the issue, the second step would be to state the relevant rule of law that is being applied in resolving the issue at the case, the third step would be to utilize the rules of the facts of the question that is, to evaluate the problems and the final step would be to offer a conclusion as the most likely outcome.
